The whole thing is looking great! I’m very happy with the results.
The cut patterns to round-off the leading edges of the rudder only took me an hour or so. I truely thought that was going to be an all day job.
The holes for the hinges will not be included in the mold cavity as it will increase time an make the mold a bit more complicated. For now, I have decided to leave the holes as a secondary process for the builder. I will however, go back and inlay a groove for the builder to follow so the cuts can be made exact.
