I think the first time I modeled this wing it took a month and two months for all my hair to grow back, and to be honest, it didn’t all come back.   This one was a bit easier.  Many of the lessons learned on the Bearcat, came in handy.   Transitioning while morphing one airfoil to another thru the bend in the wing basically would not work so the morphing is  now finishing before bend and that finally worked.

However, the radius of the bend changes thru the fold which makes thing really tough.   However, now that I am done, I realized that the radius was not large enough.   You can see almost a crease where the anhedral and dihedral meet.

Next step is to un-loft and see how bad Solidworks will punish me for increasing the radius.   It’s a 10 minute job or its 10 hour job, we will see.

After that, the wing tip will be loads of fun and then I’ll cut and seperate the control surfaces.
