Now that worked! Rebuilt the wings again with a much bigger radius in the transition and then relofted. Worked great! But still it looks a bit off… I think the ribs are using the wrong alignment method. They are aligned at the Center of the cord line where the real F4U spar is located. In version 2, I may have to align on at the peek of the upper camber of the airfoil surface.
Now, I have to figure out the wing tips. I do that this weekend so I can focus.
